Debts Must Outweigh Assets in a CCS IVA

An IVA through an agency like CCS can be beneficial. However, the debts that a person has must be at a substantial level before an IVA can be used. An IVA will need to work when a person has unsecured debts that are higher in value than that of the assets that a person has. This is necessary because there are some cases where a person might have sold off plenty of assets over time but is still not able to take care of all of one’s unsecured debts. Be sure to consider this benefit when consulting CCS for an IVA.
